What does the application process like?

You will not need to complete a overly complicated application, we just need a few basic details and our recruiters will be able to do the matching based on some of the in-house tools we've built before getting back in contact with you. 

• Stage One: You will be invited for an informal conversation about your experience, drive and interests in Cowe. Don't worry you don't need to be super polished, we just want to say hello and see you smile!

• Stage Two: If you move to the next round, this is where things get serious. You will have a minimum of three interviews and may need to prepare material for the last stage of process. This is the time to show us what makes you tick and the real you!

• Stage Three: Congratulations! You're in! Our HR team will create a compensation package and send you an offer. We want to get all the processes running smoothly, but we cannot start any checks until you accept our offer. Once you do, we will do some background checks using our own automated tool called Cowe BackCheck and will need to verify your ID with another one of our own tools called Cowe ID First. Once these checks are completed, we will ask a third party company to validate your right to work in the country you are in and then wave hello in the coming weeks!
