WhatsApp Messaging Launch

We will launching WhatsApp Messaging in October 2022. During this time new enhancements will be released across the platform including Intelligent Messaging. While these take place, you may experience slight network degradation. Live campaigns will be unaffected.

Resolved: Webhook Authentication Issue

Our Engineering team have resolved the intermittent problems affecting the Cowe Webhook API.

We are currently facing a major outage with our Webhook API through certain clients (Shopify and more). Our engineers are working to resolve the issue.

Resolved: Issues with our Exchange Network

Our engineers have resolved all remaining issues with our Global E-Mail Exchange network. Capacity has been increased by 25% and monitoring networks confirm there are no remaining issues.

Intermittent issues with our Exchange Network

We are currently resolving a previous major outage with our Global E-Mail Exchange network due to significant increase in usage. We have increased capacity by 25%. Intermittent problems may occur for the next 48 hours while these changes are propagated around the world. Intelligent Messaging and Conversational SMS services are unaffected.
