Past incidents

Resolved: Issues with our Exchange Network

Our engineers have resolved all remaining issues with our Global E-Mail Exchange network. Capacity has been increased by 25% and monitoring networks confirm there are no remaining issues.

Intermittent issues with our Exchange Network

We are currently resolving a previous major outage with our Global E-Mail Exchange network due to significant increase in usage. We have increased capacity by 25%. Intermittent problems may occur for the next 48 hours while these changes are propagated around the world. Intelligent Messaging and Conversational SMS services are unaffected.

Problems with our Global E-Mail Exchange Network

We are currently facing a major outage with our Global E-Mail Exchange Network due to a significant increase in usage. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue and will have the network restored shortly. This problem has also affected our two factor authentication service. Intelligent Messaging and Conversational SMS services are unaffected.

Stability testing for Conversational SMS in the EU

We will launching Conversational SMS to all EU member states in March 2022, in preparing for this we will be adding new features to Conversational SMS. All modules including Conversational SMS will continue to function normally. Conversations

We are rolling out Conversations this weekend. There will be planned downtime from 00:01 until 00:30 CET on Saturday 26th February 2022. All modules including Conversational SMS will continue to function normally. You can read more about our product roadmap here: https://www.cowe.io/page/roadmap.
